Camera Overhaul changes how the
camera rotates during movement, so the first thing most players want to do is tune it to their taste. Open the mod's configuration screen from the mod list or the in-game config menu, then look for the rotation-related options.
Adjusting Rotation Intensity
Start with the settings that control how much the
camera tilts or rolls when you strafe, sprint, or turn. Lower values give a subtle effect that keeps your aim steady; higher values make movement feel more dynamic but can be disorienting in combat. Change one slider at a time and walk around in a safe area to judge the result before touching the next option.
Testing in Different Situations
Don't judge the settings from a single stroll. Sprint in a straight line, strafe left and right, jump while moving, and look up and down. If any motion makes you queasy, reduce the corresponding intensity rather than disabling everything. Many players also prefer a separate feel for walking versus sprinting, so check whether the config exposes those separately.
Once you're happy, save the config. If you play on a server, remember these are client-side settings, so they apply only to your own view and won't affect other players.
