Do I need to be in Creative mode to use the jetpack?
No, the jetpack is designed for survival mode and requires you to craft it with echo shards and other materials. It's a late-game tool meant to make survival building easier, not a creative flight replacement.
What happens if I run out of fuel mid-air?
You'll fall to the ground, so always keep spare jetpack fuel in your inventory before long building sessions. Check your fuel supply before launching into the air over dangerous terrain.
Can I use the jetpack to travel long distances?
The jetpack is designed for hovering and precise block placement rather than long-distance travel—use an Elytra if you need to cover ground quickly. It excels at keeping you steady while building, not flying across the map.
How do I turn off the jetpack without landing?
The jetpack automatically deactivates the moment your feet touch the ground, so you can't hover indefinitely. If you need to stop mid-air, you'll need to land or fall.
Does the Restacker enchantment work with all block types?
Restacker automatically refills empty stacks of building blocks directly to your hand during flight, making it ideal for construction work. Check the mod documentation to see if there are any block restrictions.
Can I enchant my jetpack with other Minecraft enchantments?
The jetpack has its own custom enchantment system with Restacker as the primary option. Standard armor enchantments may not apply to the jetpack since it's a specialized tool.
Why does my jetpack keep turning off when I'm trying to build?
The jetpack is designed to deactivate instantly whenever your feet touch any block or surface, even slightly. Make sure you're maintaining altitude and not accidentally grazing the ground while placing blocks.
Do I need to hold down a key to keep hovering, or is it automatic?
After you press Shift + Space to launch, you hover in place as long as you have fuel and your feet aren't touching the ground. You don't need to hold any keys down to maintain hover mode.
Can I use the jetpack while wearing other chest armor?
The jetpack equips in your chest armor slot, so you'll need to remove other chestplate armor to use it. You won't have the protection of regular armor while flying.
Does the jetpack work underwater or in other dimensions?
The jetpack uses echo shards for its levitation mechanic, so it should work in most survival environments. Test it in different biomes and dimensions to see if fuel consumption or hover behavior changes.
