Vanilla desert temples no longer spawn, so you need a Desert Explorer Map from a Cartographer villager with experimental trades enabled. Follow the map marker to locate the Desert Ruins and its surrounding custom village.

This data pack removes all vanilla desert temples and replaces them with the overhauled Desert Ruins structure. They are intentionally rarer, so expect to travel farther and rely on explorer maps rather than random exploration.

Outreach is found inside the overhauled desert temple, typically in loot tied to the structure's secrets and suspicious sand. It applies to chestplates and increases your block interaction range, up to its max level.

Outreach increases your block interaction range, letting you reach blocks and containers from farther away. It can only be applied to chestplates and goes up to level 4.
