Polished Cinnabar Stairs is a stair block made in crafting from Polished Cinnabar or from Cinnabar. It is a decorative building piece that shares the look of the materials it comes from.

Players place it facing different directions to shape steps, slopes, and edges, and it can hold water when waterlogged. A pickaxe breaks it, and it drops itself, so it can be collected and reused.
