Spawning and Breeding Mooblooms
Mooblooms are flower-covered cows added by Friends&Foes. Spawn them with the
Moobloom Spawn Egg or find them in flower-rich biomes depending on your config. Like normal cows, you can breed two Mooblooms with wheat to produce a calf. They can be milked with a bucket and sheared for their flowers, which is the main reason players keep them.
Getting Buttercups
When you shear a Moobloom, it drops
Buttercup flowers and becomes a plain cow-like appearance until the flowers regrow.
Buttercups are a decorative flower block you can plant and use in builds or dyes. To keep a steady supply, shear your Mooblooms periodically and let them regrow their flowers before shearing again. Do not kill them if you want renewable
Buttercups.
Practical Moobloom Pen
Build a fenced pen with grass and a water source. Keep several Mooblooms so you can rotate shearing. Place a chest nearby for storing
Buttercups and buckets of milk. If you also keep bees, note that Mooblooms and bee-related content coexist fine; the flowers they carry are purely cosmetic and do not function as bee food unless your configuration says otherwise. Breed extras to expand your herd and shear the adults on a cycle.
