Compatibility & Performance

Client-side only: join any vanilla or modded server without needing the mod there.
Safe to add or remove: it changes nothing in your world saves, so you can install or uninstall it at any time.
Best in forests: the FPS gain is largest in jungles, dark forests, and other dense-canopy biomes; open areas see little change because there are few hidden faces to cull.
Low-end friendly: especially helpful on weaker GPUs where leaf rendering is a bottleneck.

Will my trees look different? No — only invisible interior faces are removed, so foliage looks the same.

Do I need it on the server? No, it is entirely client-side.

What does it require? Fabric Loader and Fabric API.

Is it safe to uninstall? Yes, it makes no changes to world data and can be removed anytime.
