How to Survive and Clear the Undead Arena

Getting In

The Undead Arena is entered using the Underworld Arena Key. You'll need to find or craft this key, then use it on the arena entrance. Inside, waves of Undead Knight, Wither Knight, and Underworld Knight mobs spawn from Boss Spawners and cages.

Recommended Loadout

Bring the Knight armor set (helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots) and the Knight Sword. These are crafted from materials dropped by the arena's own mobs, so a first run is about survival and gathering. Add an Enhanced Shield for blocking sword waves. Carry healing and a stack of blocks to break line-of-sight from Soul Skeleton archers.

Wave Strategy

Each wave escalates. Kill Soul Skeletons first — their Soul Shockwave and ranged attacks punish clumped players. Wither Knights apply wither, so keep distance and use ranged options like the Crossbow or Sandworm Dart. Underworld Knights hit hard in melee; bait their Sword Wave, sidestep, then punish. After clearing the arena, open the Undead Arena Loot chests (Table Stick and Table Stick Rare variants) for keys, gear, and decoration blocks like Bone Remains and Corpse. Use the Underworld Arena Key again to reset.
