Finding the Dragon
Bosses'Rise dragons don't spawn naturally in the overworld. You need to locate a Dragon Tower or similar structure, which contains a 
Boss Spawner tied to the dragon. Bring a 
Dragon Skull or the appropriate spawn egg if you're setting up your own arena. The Infernal Dragon and its Flaming Dragon Guard variants live in fire-themed areas, so expect lava and fire damage.
Preparing Your Gear
Craft the 
Dragon Guard Shield and 
Dragon Bones armor set (boots, chestplate, leggings) from Dragon Bone drops. The shield blocks the dragon's breath attacks. Bring a 
Kraken Cannon or 
Large Sword for high burst damage, plus plenty of fire resistance potions. A 
TP Stick helps you reposition when the dragon strafes.
The Fight
Stay mobile. The dragon uses Fire Area attacks that linger on the ground, so never stand still. When Flaming Dragon Guard adds spawn, clear them first or they'll chip you down. Aim for the head with ranged weapons. Once defeated, the dragon drops Dragon Bone, 
Dragon Tower Loot, and materials for the 
Dragon Banner and Dragon Skull decoration 
blocks. Place the Boss Spawner back down if you want to farm the fight again.
