Planting Pitaya

Pitaya grows from a Pitaya Cactus placed on sand or dirt. Once planted, it develops a Pitaya Stem as it matures. Break fully grown Pitaya Cactus to collect Pitaya. You can also find Pitaya growing naturally and harvest it the same way.

Using Pitaya

Pitaya can be eaten directly, or crafted into a Pitaya Block for storage and decoration. Combine Pitaya into a Pitaya Crate to store nine at once. Pitaya Juice is made by processing Pitaya. Cut Pitaya is obtained by slicing Pitaya and is used in fruit salads.

Pitaya Spawner

A Pitaya Spawner can be placed to spawn the mobs tied to this fruit. Keep it in a contained area if you want to farm drops safely.
