Preparing for the Sewer Boss
Conjunctivius guards the sewers and is a tentacle-heavy ranged threat. Before the fight, bring a shield, healing food, and a ranged weapon. Watch for Sewer's Tentacles, Disgusting Worms, and Rancid Rats in the corridors leading in — clear them so they don't join the boss fight.
Fighting Conjunctivius
Her core attacks revolve around tentacles and projectiles:
- Tentacle sweeps — tentacles lash across the arena. Stay mobile and roll through gaps.
- Projectile volleys — she fires spreads of shots. Strafe perpendicular to the volley.
- Tentacle summons — additional tentacles spawn; kill them quickly or they overwhelm you.
Aim for the main body between attack windows. The 
Assault Shield parries projectiles back, and the 
Balanced Blade or 
Blood Sword works for close-range punishment. Keep the arena's edges in mind — getting cornered by tentacles is the most common death.
After the Kill
Conjunctivius drops Cells, a 
Boss Stem Cell, and the 
Conjunctivius Respawn Rune. She also drops Conjunctivius's Tentacle, a crafting material. Bank everything at the 
Cell Holder before leaving the sewers.
