How to Install Conquest Reforged Correctly (Forge and Fabric)

Know What You Are Installing

Conquest Reforged is distributed as a mod, not a standalone resource pack you drop into the resourcepacks folder. It bundles its own textures and block models, so you install it the same way you install any other mod for your loader.

Installation Steps

1. Confirm which mod loader you use — Forge or Fabric — and download the matching build of Conquest Reforged. Mixing loaders will not work.

2. Place the mod file into your mods folder inside your Minecraft instance directory.

3. Do not also enable a separate Conquest resource pack unless the documentation for your version tells you to. The mod handles its own assets.

4. Launch the game and check the mods list on the main menu to confirm it loaded without errors.

5. Create a test world and place a few blocks to verify textures appear correctly.

Common Mistakes

• Installing into the wrong instance folder.
• Using a mod loader version the mod does not support.
• Forgetting that some features require the mod on both client and server in multiplayer.

If textures look vanilla, the mod did not load — check your loader version and the mods list before troubleshooting anything else.
