Frequently asked questions

How do I get started with Zurite?
You'll need to find Zurite ore in the Nether and smelt it into ingots. Once you have ingots, you can craft Zurite tools and armor using standard tool/armor crafting recipes. Zurite tools are slightly less durable than Netherite but offer fire resistance and knockback resistance with automatic durability repair over time.
What's the difference between a Hammer and an Excavator?
Both tools mine in a 3×3 area instead of single blocks, but Hammers are optimized for stone and ore while Excavators are optimized for dirt, sand, and soil. Choose based on what you're mining to get the best efficiency.
How do Multitools work?
Multitools combine the functions of multiple tools (axe, pickaxe, shovel, and hoe) into one item, letting you switch between tool modes without swapping items. This saves inventory space and is useful for general resource gathering.
Can I use invisible armor with my skin visible?
Yes, that's the entire point of invisible armor—it provides full protection while remaining invisible so your player skin shows through completely. Equip it like normal armor and you'll stay protected without the visual obstruction.
How do I mine glass without Silk Touch?
Craft or find a Glass Cutter and use it to mine glass blocks—it will drop the glass as an item instead of breaking it. This is much more convenient than hunting for a Silk Touch enchantment.
What does the Repair Kit do?
The Repair Kit restores durability to damaged tools and armor without needing an anvil or crafting table. It's a quick way to top up item durability when you're out gathering resources.
How do I set up portable crafting?
Craft a Crafting Plate to access a crafting grid anywhere, and an Ender Bag to access your Ender Chest inventory on the go. Together they let you craft and store items without returning to base.
Does Zurite auto-repair work in my inventory?
Yes, Zurite tools and armor automatically repair their durability over time even while sitting in your inventory, so you don't need to manually repair them as often.
Can I enchant Zurite tools and armor?
Yes, Zurite items can be enchanted like any other tool or armor piece. Combine them with enchanted books on an anvil or use an enchanting table to add enchantments.
Are there any light source blocks in this mod?
Yes, the mod includes decorative light sources like Bulbs, Lamps, and Glow Cores that emit light and can be used for building and lighting up bases.
