MaLiLib itself has no blocks or items, so the only way to interact with it is through its config screens. These screens are shared with the mods that depend on it, which is why the menu you open may look like it belongs to another mod.
Finding the Hotkey
Open your Controls menu and look for a category tied to MaLiLib or to one of the mods that uses it (for example, a schematic or rendering mod). The default keybind for opening the config GUI is usually assigned there. If you do not see one, check the mod's own keybind entries, because MaLiLib provides the
framework but the dependent mod registers the actual key.
Navigating the Config Screen
Once the screen opens, you will see a list of categories on the left and options on the right. Each option has a name, a current value, and often a small reset button. Click a value to edit it, or use the reset arrow to return it to default. Some options are booleans (on/off toggles), others are sliders or text fields.
Saving and Applying
Changes in MaLiLib config screens usually apply immediately, but some require you to close and reopen the screen or reload the world. If an option does not seem to take effect, exit the screen fully and check again. Use the search box at the top of the config list to filter options by name when the list is long.
