How do I start using this mod? What do I craft first?
Start by crafting a Fluid Packager, which is the core block for converting liquids into transportable packages. You'll also want to craft a Clipboard early so you can assign addresses to your packagers and organize your fluid logistics network.
Can I mix different liquids in one tank?
Yes, the Multi-Fluid Storage Tank can hold up to eight different types of liquids simultaneously in separate compartments, letting you store water, lava, and other fluids without needing multiple tank blocks.
How do I route fluid packages to the right destination?
Write a package address on a Clipboard, then right-click a Fluid Packager or Repackager with it to set the target address. Use Package Filters on your conveyor belts to automatically sort and route packages based on their addresses.
What's the difference between a Smart Faucet and a regular pipe connection?
Smart Faucets automatically fill containers based on filters you set up and can distinguish between different liquid types, while regular pipes simply move liquids passively. Smart Faucets give you precise control over which liquids go where.
Can I request a specific liquid without manually setting up the packager?
Yes, hold Alt and right-click on any item holding a liquid while holding a Factory Gauge or Redstone Requester to automatically request that liquid type. This creates a quick order without needing to configure addresses manually.
How do I disable fluid transport temporarily without breaking pipes?
Fluid Transporters and Smart Hoppers can both be disabled using redstone signals, letting you pause fluid movement without dismantling your system.
What happens if a fluid package gets destroyed on the belt?
If a package is destroyed (for example, by a mechanical saw), the liquid inside is lost. Make sure your conveyor routes are clear of hazards or use filters to prevent packages from reaching dangerous areas.
Can I use this mod without the Create mod?
No, Create Fluidlogistic is an extension of the Create mod and requires Create to be installed to function.
