Overview

The Invasion Mod introduces a unique base defense experience to Minecraft, where players must protect a central 'Nexus' block from relentless assaults by custom-designed hostile creatures. The mod aims to provide a significant challenge for players who have built strong fortifications and prepared their bases, as standard Minecraft mobs may not offer sufficient threat. The difficulty of invasions steadily increases, with mobs exhibiting advanced AI, including the ability to destroy blocks, build structures, and navigate complex terrain to reach their target. Successfully defending the Nexus yields 'Flux,' a valuable energy resource used to craft powerful items and convert into essential materials like diamonds and iron.
