How to Power Gravitation Suite Tools and Armor Without Running Out of EU

Gravitation Suite items are EU-hungry. Running out mid-fight or mid-flight is the most common complaint, so set up a reliable charging loop before you rely on the gear.

Build a Dedicated Charging Station

Place an MFSU (or several) near your base entrance. Route power from your main generator array — nuclear, solar, or whatever you run — into the MFSU. Keep a chest of spare lapotron crystals next to it so you can hot-swap a drained crystal for a full one without waiting.

Carry Portable Power

• Keep at least one fully charged lapotron crystal in your inventory at all times.
• Use the IC2 charging bench or a batbox-in-a-bag setup if your pack includes one.
• For long expeditions, bring two crystals: one in the armor, one spare.

Reduce Drain in the Field

Turn off flight mode when walking on flat ground. Disable the helmet's auto-feed if you are not taking damage. The leggings' speed boost drains continuously while active, so toggle it off when mining. Every toggle you leave on is EU you will miss later.

Emergency Fallback

If your chestplate dies mid-air, a vanilla parachute mod or a bucket of water is your only save. Always carry one.
