How to Craft and Use Ecologics Boats and Chest Boats

Crafting Boats

Ecologics adds boats for each wood type: Azalea, Coconut, Maple, and Walnut. Craft a boat using the respective planks and a wooden shovel (shape similar to vanilla boat). For example, a Coconut Boat requires Coconut Planks. Boat with Chest variants are crafted by combining a boat with a chest. These allow you to transport items while traveling on water.

Using Boats

Place a boat on water and right-click to enter. Use WASD to steer. Boats with Chests have inventory space — open the chest by right-clicking while not riding, or press the inventory key while riding. They are perfect for exploring oceans or rivers while carrying supplies. Flowering Azalea Boats are a decorative variant that can be crafted with Azalea Flowers.

Tips for Travel

Boats can break if they hit land too fast. Use them on calm water. Combine with leads to tow animals. Chest boats are great for moving bases or loot. Remember to bring a paddle — no, just kidding, you don't need one. Just enjoy the ride.
