Linking and Reconnecting Chains

How Chain Links Work

This mod lets you draw a chain-link connection between two fences or walls, so you can visually tie separate pieces of a fence line together instead of leaving a gap.

To create a link, you select the two points you want joined. The mod then renders a chain between them. Because the connection is a link rather than a placed block, you can break it again and reconnect the same points or different ones — this is what makes the links "reconnectible." You are not locked into the first connection you make.

Links work between fences and walls, so you can bridge the two types in a single run. The connection is visual: it does not change how the blocks themselves behave, and it does not add collision or new fence blocks.

Use this for decorative fencing, pens, bridges, and railings where a plain fence gap looks unfinished. If a link is no longer wanted, remove it and the underlying fences or walls stay exactly as they were.
