Diving gear is split into three tiers: Standard, Improved, and Reinforced. While Standard gear provides basic utility, Improved gear offers specialized perks, and Reinforced gear provides maximum armor protection.

Item Tier Primary Benefit
Diving Mask Standard Required to use Oxygen Tanks.
Rebreather Improved Recycles CO2; removes the oxygen penalty at depths below 30 blocks.
Reinforced Mask Reinforced Provides high armor while maintaining mask functionality.
Standard O2 Tank Standard Adds +90 seconds of oxygen capacity.
High Capacity Tank Improved Adds +135 seconds of oxygen capacity.
Ultra High Capacity Improved Adds +225 seconds of oxygen capacity.
Wetsuit Leggings Standard Increases underwater mining speed.
Fins Standard Increases swim speed.
Ultra Glide Fins Improved Significantly increases swim speed beyond standard fins.

Note: Oxygen tanks slightly decrease your swim speed due to their weight, which can be offset by high-tier fins.
