ValleyCraft Mod — Guide

Farming and Crops

Scarecrows

Scarecrows are functional blocks that protect your farmland. When placed, they prevent hostile mobs from spawning within a specific radius and prevent animals from trampling crops. They also add a rustic aesthetic to any farm.

Lingering Powder Addon

The Lingering Powder Addon is an optional expansion for ValleyCraft that introduces a new way to apply status effects.

  • Lingering Powders: These are crafted from dried herbs and crops. When thrown or used, they create a small cloud that applies effects to anyone standing within it.
  • Usage: Unlike potions, powders are stackable and can be used quickly in combat or farming to buff players or debuff mobs in a small area.
