Simply Swords includes an in-game config so you can tune weapon behaviour and effects to taste - for example adjusting damage values, ability strength and visual effects. Options are editable through the config screen (where the loader supports it) and in the mod's config file, so both single-player and server owners can balance the mod for their playthrough or modpack.
