Seasons — Configuration
Season Command
A /season command lets you check and control the season directly.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/season query |
Tells you the current season |
/season set <season> |
Sets the season immediately (spring, summer, fall or winter) |
/season skip [season] |
Skips ahead to the next season, or to a chosen season |
These commands are useful for testing, for screenshots, or for building an adventure map that stays in a particular season.
Configuration
A configuration file is created automatically the first time the mod runs, and it lets you tailor how seasons behave.
| Option | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Season length | How many in-game days each season lasts |
| Starting season | Which season a new world begins in |
| Locked season | Freezes the world in a single chosen season and stops the cycle |
| Valid dimensions | Which dimensions seasons apply to |
| Crop and weather effects | Whether the gameplay effects such as crop speed and freezing are active |
Edit the values, then reload the world to apply your changes.
