My game crashes and the log mentions Mantle or a missing dependency. Make sure Mantle is present alongside the mod that requires it (such as Tinkers' Construct) - that mod cannot run without it.

Nothing happened after I added Mantle. That is expected - Mantle adds no content; it only supports other mods.

Can I remove Mantle? Only if you also remove every mod that depends on it.

Does Mantle affect performance or gameplay? No - it is a shared code library with negligible direct impact; it exists to power the mods that build on it.
