Using It in Load My Resources

1. Install the mod for your loader.
2. Start the game once - the resources folder is created for you.
3. Put files into it, using the layout above.
4. Reload resources (or restart) and the files are live.

There is nothing to enable. Opening the Resource Packs screen will show your usual packs and no sign of this one, which is the intended behaviour.
