Load My Resources Who It Is For

• Texture artists - save a file and it is in the game on the next reload, with no repacking between edits.
• Modpack authors - ship a pack that is applied for everyone who installs the pack, without an instruction telling players to enable something, and without them being able to switch it off by mistake.
• Anyone with a handful of personal tweaks - a couple of replaced sounds or a renamed block does not really justify building a whole pack.

If you want a pack the player can toggle, use an ordinary resource pack instead; being un-toggleable is the whole point of this one.
