Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything else to use this resource pack?
No, this is a resource pack only—it changes textures but doesn't add new items or mechanics. Just load it into your resource packs folder and enable it in your world settings.
Why do my leggings look weird when I wear an elytra?
The default leggings texture leaves gaps when paired with elytra wings. This pack redesigns leggings as full-body undergarments so they cover your legs and torso seamlessly under the elytra.
Will this pack work with my custom armor trims?
Yes, the pack is designed to work with all standard armor trim patterns across every material tier. Your trims will display correctly over the new medieval textures.
Can I still dye leather armor with this pack?
Yes, leather armor can still be dyed normally. This pack updates the base colors and styles of dyed leather to look more vibrant and detailed while keeping the dye system fully functional.
Does this pack change how armor works or just how it looks?
This is purely visual—it only changes textures. All armor stats, durability, enchantments, and protection values remain exactly the same as vanilla.
Will this pack make my game lag?
No, resource packs don't affect performance noticeably. This pack simply replaces textures without adding extra models or rendering overhead.
What happens to netherite armor with this pack?
Netherite armor gets the same medieval redesign as all other tiers, maintaining the classic Minecraft look while updating the visual detail to match the rest of the pack.
Can I use this pack with other resource packs?
Yes, but if another pack also changes armor textures, whichever pack is loaded lower in your resource pack list will override the other. You may need to adjust load order to get your preferred look.
Do enchanted armor and glowing effects still work?
Yes, all visual effects like enchantment glows and item glint remain unchanged. The pack only updates the base armor textures.
Will this pack work on multiplayer servers?
Yes, resource packs are client-side only, so you can use this on any server without needing permission or affecting other players' games.
