Managing Player Appeals
Players can submit requests to be unbanned through the /appeal command. As a staff member, you need to review these requests and decide whether to approve or deny them.
Checking Pending Appeals
Run /bh appeals to view all unban requests waiting for review. Each appeal shows:
- The player's name
- Their original ban reason
- When they were banned
- Their appeal message explaining why they should be unbanned
Approving or Denying Appeals
If you decide to unban a player, use /bh unban <player> to remove their ban immediately. The player will be notified and can rejoin the server.
If you deny an appeal, communicate your decision to the player through Discord or in-game mail so they understand why they remain banned. Consider setting a review date for serious cases—some players deserve a second chance after serving their full ban duration.
