Frequently asked questions

How do I craft a tent and what do I need?
Tents are crafted using wool and sticks arranged in a specific pattern. Once placed, right-click the tent to sleep through the night or rain without setting your spawn point, making them perfect for long expeditions away from home.
Why can't I find certain fish in my world?
Different fish species only spawn in specific biomes—for example, salmon appear in rivers while other fish prefer oceans or swamps. You'll need to travel to the correct biome and fish there to catch what you're looking for.
My campfire won't light when I place it. What's wrong?
Campfires now craft in an unlit state and require you to light them manually using sticks or flint and steel. Right-click the unlit campfire with one of these items to ignite it.
Do farm animals behave differently in this mod?
Yes—farm animals will now run for cover and seek shelter when it starts raining, making them more reactive to weather. Spiders also climb walls more realistically, so they're no longer confined to ground level.
What new building blocks can I use for decoration?
You can build with Snow Bricks, Stone Pillars, Polished Dripstone, Iron Grates, and dense reeds. These blocks work well for creating dungeons, cages, overgrown swamp structures, and other detailed builds.
Are the new enemies harder than vanilla mobs?
Yes—Zombie Hoard Leaders are tougher variants that resemble mummies, and raid captains are stronger with better equipment. Pillagers now shoot flaming arrows that can ignite wooden structures, so village defense requires more strategy.
What new foods can I cook and how?
You can cook pottage, calamari, and apple pie over campfires. Each requires different ingredients, and cooking them over a lit campfire adds a survival element to food preparation.
Does the mod change the world creation screen?
Yes, the world creation menu now has a Bedrock Edition-style appearance, and your saved worlds display a thumbnail preview of your last location so you can easily identify which world you want to load.
Why does my screen shake sometimes?
Screen shake is a new visual effect that triggers during loud or intense events like thunder strikes, monster roars, and explosions, making these moments feel more impactful.
Does this mod add new music?
Yes, the mod includes fresh music tracks that play while you explore and survive, adding atmosphere to your world without replacing the original soundtrack.
