Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install Iguana Lib separately or does it come with other mods?
Iguana Lib is a dependency library that some mods require to function, but it doesn't add content on its own. Check if your mod's download page lists Iguana Lib as a required dependency; if so, you'll need to install it alongside that mod.
Why aren't my visual effects showing up in-game?
First verify that Iguana Lib is installed in your mods folder. Then check that any dependent mods using Iguana Lib are also present and compatible with your Minecraft version. If effects still don't appear, try disabling other visual mods that might conflict with the rendering system.
Can I use Iguana Lib with camera mods like Shoulder Surfing or First Person Model?
Yes, Iguana Lib is designed to work alongside camera and view mods. However, if you experience camera conflicts or visual glitches, try adjusting the load order or disabling conflicting visual effect mods one at a time to isolate the issue.
What does it mean when a mod says it needs Iguana Lib to work?
That mod depends on Iguana Lib's core utilities for handling player visuals and special effects. Without Iguana Lib installed, the dependent mod won't load or function properly, even if you have the mod file itself.
