What the Bar Shows

Material colors: each armor point is drawn in the color and shape of the piece protecting you, so leather, chainmail, iron, gold, diamond, netherite and turtle shell are all instantly recognizable.
Low durability warning: armor that is close to breaking flashes a warning color so you are never caught off guard mid-fight.
Enchantment glint: enchanted armor shows a subtle shimmer on the bar.
Protection auras: Protection, Projectile Protection, Blast Protection and Fire Protection each add an animated colored effect.
Thorns & Mending: both are highlighted on the bar so you can see them at a glance.

Watch for the low-durability color while fighting so you can swap or repair a piece before it breaks.
The material colors make it easy to spot a downgraded piece (for example a single leather slot among diamond) at a glance.
Because it is client-side only, you can use it on any server without the server needing the mod.
