Storage Blocks
Storage blocks in BiblioCraft are designed to show their contents visually, allowing players to see exactly what is stored without opening a GUI.
Bookcase
The Bookcase can hold up to 16 books, including standard books, enchanted books, written books, and even items from other mods that behave like books (such as Thaumcraft's Thaumonomicon).

Shelf
A general-purpose storage block that can hold four items of any type. Items are displayed in a 2x2 grid on the shelf.
Potion Shelf
Specifically designed for potions, these shelves can hold up to 12 bottles. The bottles are displayed clearly, making it easy to distinguish between different brews at a glance.
Tool Rack
A wall-mounted rack that holds up to 4 tools or weapons. It is compatible with almost any item that can be held, including pickaxes, swords, and bows.
Case (Display Case)
Available in different wood types and interior cloth colors (Red, Blue, Green, Black), the Display Case is a glass-topped box for a single precious item. It can be opened and closed with a right-click.
Specialized Tools
The mod introduces several tools to assist with measurement, navigation, and block manipulation.

| Tape Measure | Measures the distance between two blocks in meters (blocks). |
| Reading Glasses | When worn, looking at BiblioCraft blocks reveals a HUD overlay showing the names of the items stored inside. |
| Monocle | Functions identically to Reading Glasses but occupies only one eye visually. |
| Print Press Chase | Used in the Printing Press to hold the plates for book or map duplication. |
| Stockroom Catalog | Used to index the contents of multiple chests. Shift-right click chests to add them to the catalog, then open the catalog to search for items. |
| Hand Drill | Used to rotate BiblioCraft blocks without breaking them. |
| Plumb Line | Measures the depth of water or the distance to the floor when used over a ledge. |
Crafting Recipes
Most BiblioCraft blocks are crafted using various wood planks and slabs. The wood type used in the recipe determines the appearance of the finished block.

Framed Blocks
Players can craft "Framed" versions of most blocks using the Framing Saw. These framed blocks have no default texture; when placed in a Furniture Paneler with another block (like Cobblestone or Diamond Blocks), the framed furniture will take on the texture of that block, allowing for infinite aesthetic variations.
