Accessories Is a Dependency, Not a Content Mod

Accessories does not add any items or blocks on its own. If you install it by itself, you will not see new gear to craft or wear. Its job is to provide the background system that other mods use to add extra equipment slots.

When a mod like The Aether asks for Accessories, that means the mod relies on it to register its own wearable items — rings, capes, belts, and similar gear — without conflicting with your normal inventory. Accessories creates those extra slots and groups them into one menu screen, so all of your additional wearable gear is visible and manageable in a single place.

In short: install Accessories only when another mod requires it. It will not change your game on its own, but without it, mods that depend on it may fail to load or throw errors when trying to add their custom equipment slots.
