Understanding Colored Lighting
United Shaders applies colored light from various sources—torches, lamps, glowing blocks, and even surrounding terrain. This creates an immersive, anime-inspired atmosphere. You can fine-tune how prominent these effects appear.
Adjust Lighting Intensity
1. Open Options → Video Settings → Shaders or Shader Options
2. Look for settings related to Light Intensity, Colored Light, or Block Light
3. Increase the slider for brighter, more saturated colored light from sources
4. Decrease it for subtler, more natural lighting
5. Apply changes and observe your world
Tips for Best Results
- Indoors: Higher intensity makes torchlight feel warm and inviting
- Outdoors: Lower intensity prevents oversaturation from multiple light sources
- Night time: Moderate intensity helps glowing blocks stand out without washing out the sky
- Caves: Increase intensity to make ore and light sources more visible and atmospheric
Experiment in different environments to find your preferred balance. Changes apply in real-time, so you can adjust while exploring.
