Understanding Range Upgrades

By default, your Plopper collects items in a 2-block radius cube. Each Range Upgrade adds 2 blocks to this radius, up to a maximum of 16 blocks total (requiring 7 upgrades). The range expands equally in all six directions: north, south, east, west, up, and down.

Installing Upgrades

Craft Range Upgrades using the shapeless recipe. Right-click your Plopper with an upgrade in hand to apply it. You can stack multiple upgrades on a single Plopper—each one increases the collection area further.

Planning Your Setup

Consider your farm's layout before upgrading. A fully upgraded Plopper with 16-block range covers a massive area, which may be overkill for small farms but essential for sprawling automated systems. Start with one or two upgrades and add more only if items are falling outside the collection zone.
