Integrate Ploppers into a Piped Item System

Connecting Pipes

The Plopper outputs items through its bottom face by default. Attach item pipes (such as Itemducts from Thermal Expansion) to this side to transport collected items to storage, processing machines, or other destinations.

Enabling Multi-Directional Output

If you need to extract items from multiple sides of the Plopper, enable bypassOutputSide: true in the config. This allows pipes to connect to any face of the block, giving you more flexibility in routing items through your system.

Flow Control

Ploppers work passively—they don't push items, only allow extraction. Your piping system's speed and capacity determine how quickly items move out. If items back up in the Plopper's inventory, slow your collection rate by reducing the number of Ploppers or their range, or increase pipe throughput.
