The Eight Fabled Blades

Each of the eight blades is tied to specific locations in the world and features a unique combat mechanic.

1. Arrow Slasher

• Location: Jungle Temples, Village Blacksmith Forges
• Stats: 6 Attack Damage, 7 Attack Speed
• Ability: Provides a 100% chance to slice incoming arrows while held. This effectively nullifies bow users and skeletons, as projectiles are destroyed before they can deal damage.

2. Disenchanting Saber

• Location: Stronghold Libraries, Nether Fortresses
• Stats: 6 Attack Damage, 442 Durability
• Ability: Has an 8% chance upon hitting an enemy to disenchant them, either reducing the level of their enchantments or removing them entirely. This effect also applies to a player's entire 36-slot inventory if they are struck by it.

3. Haymaker

• Location: Dungeons, Abandoned Mineshafts
• Stats: 6 Attack Damage, 635 Durability
• Ability: Delivers extreme knockback to enemies. This effect can be further amplified by the Knockback enchantment, allowing players to launch foes vast distances.

4. Heart Piercer

• Location: Jungle Temples, Desert Temples
• Stats: 5 Attack Damage, 343 Durability
• Ability: Attacks have a 30% chance to apply the Heart Pierced and Armor Pierced status effects, crippling the target's defenses and health regeneration.

5. Lunar Edge

• Location: Igloos
• Stats: 9 Attack Damage, 1724 Durability
• Ability: Can be activated by right-clicking at night. It grants the user invisibility and Lunar Attunement. Attacking while attuned ends the invisibility but applies the Shattered Hope debuff to the opponent.

6. Shield Breaker

• Location: Desert Temples, Village Blacksmith Forges
• Stats: 8 Attack Damage, 454 Durability
• Ability: Possesses a passive ability to disable shields for a significantly longer duration than standard axes, making it a premier choice for PvP against defensive players.

7. Sword of the Great End

• Location: End Cities
• Stats: 12 Attack Damage, 1904 Durability
• Ability: Inflicts the Interfered status effect, which prevents Endermen from teleporting and stops players from using Ender Pearls.

8. Sword Slicer

• Location: Igloos, Nether Fortresses
• Stats: 7 Attack Damage, 753 Durability
• Ability: Damages the item held in the opponent's main or off-hand. If the item is not a sword, the 'slice' damage is doubled. It can also destroy stackable items or slice non-damageable items into pieces.

Awakening Mechanic

Introduced in version 2.0.0, the Awakening mechanic allows players to restore a dormant blade to its true power.

• Energy Gathering: Blades gather energy through combat. While the exact requirements are often hidden, consistently using the blade to defeat powerful mobs is the primary method of charging it.
• True Form: Once a blade stores enough energy, it transforms. Its true name is revealed (e.g., the Sword of the Great End becomes The Sealed Blade Of Supreme Kimihiro-sama), its color scheme changes (often to a vibrant purple), and its stats receive a significant boost.
• Duration: In some versions, the awakened state is temporary (lasting approximately 5 minutes), providing a massive power spike for difficult encounters.

Status Effects

The mod adds several custom status effects that are primarily applied through the blades' unique abilities.
