Finding Farm Fields

Repurposed Structures villages include dedicated farm areas. When using the Farmer's Delight compatibility datapack, these farms grow special crops from the farming mod instead of vanilla crops. Explore the village outskirts to locate the planted fields.

Harvesting Crops

Approach the farm fields and break the mature crops by left-clicking them. Crops are ready to harvest when they reach full growth. Collect the drops into your inventory. The Farmer's Delight crops may have different growth stages and appearances compared to vanilla Minecraft crops, so watch for visual maturity indicators.

Using Harvested Crops

Farmer's Delight crops can be used in cooking recipes, composting, or replanting. Check your crafting recipes to see what meals and items you can create with your harvest. Some crops are used as ingredients in advanced cooking recipes unique to the farming mod.

Replanting

If you want to maintain the farm, collect seeds from harvested crops and replant them in tilled soil. This lets you establish your own farms away from villages.
