Create Custom Colored Lighting for Themed Renders
Access Lighting Color Controls
Open shader settings and navigate to the custom lighting or color options panel. RenderKit allows you to tint your scene lighting to match specific visual themes or branding.
Select Your Color Theme
1. Choose a color using the RGB sliders or color picker
2. Adjust saturation and brightness to match your desired aesthetic
3. Apply the color to directional or ambient lighting channels
Balance Light and Shadow
Custom colored lighting works best when combined with reduced shadow intensity. Ensure your theme color illuminates your subject evenly without creating unwanted dark areas. Test different light angles to see how the color interacts with your model or structure.
Layer Multiple Lights
You can often set different colors for primary and secondary light sources. Use complementary colors or a monochromatic scheme to create cohesive, professional-looking renders that match your thumbnail or graphic style.
Preview and Adjust
Take test screenshots from different angles. The colored lighting should enhance your subject without overwhelming details or making textures unrecognizable.
