Set Up Login and Main Spawn Points
Finding Your Spawn Locations
Before players can use the authorization system, you need to designate two key locations on your server: a login room where players type their password, and the main world spawn where they play after authenticating.
Setting Up the Login Room
1. Build or choose a secure area away from your main world where new players will spawn
2. Stand at the exact spot where you want players to appear when they first join
3. Type /setauthspawn to save this location
4. This room should be enclosed to prevent players from wandering while frozen during login
Setting Up Main World Spawn
1. Navigate to your main gameplay area where you want players to teleport after successful login
2. Stand at your desired spawn point
3. Type /setmainspawn to save this location
4. Players will automatically teleport here once they enter their password
Tips
Make your login room visually distinct so players understand they're in a temporary area. Consider adding signs with instructions like "Type /register <password> <password> to create an account" or "Type /login <password> to enter." Test both teleports yourself to ensure they work smoothly.
