Manage Player Accounts and Access

Resetting a Player's Account

If a player forgets their password or loses access to their account, server admins can help:

1. Type /unregister <player> to delete their account

2. The player can then rejoin and use /register to create a new account with a new password

Clearing Failed Login Attempts

If a player enters the wrong password too many times, they may be kicked. To reset their failed attempts:

1. Type /clearloginattempts <player> or /clearloginattempts <IP> to clear by IP address

2. The player can now attempt to log in again

Blocking Problematic IP Addresses

To prevent specific IP addresses from joining your server:

1. Use the IP blocking system to add addresses to a blacklist

2. Type /blockedips to view the current list of blocked IPs

3. Blocked players will be unable to connect

Checking Login History

Monitor who has accessed your server and when:

1. Type /auth to view the server's login history

2. This log shows player names and login timestamps

3. Use this to detect suspicious activity or verify player presence
