Immersive Portal Gun FAQ

It adds craftable portal guns and portals to Minecraft, letting you place linked portals and travel between them. It also adds Portal-themed items like weighted cubes, turrets, and portal fluids.

Portals can be created with a portal gun by left and right clicking, and cannot be placed on transparent blocks. With two active portals of matching colors you can see through one to the other, and portals have an outline visible through blocks.

A weighted companion cube is made by combining a weighted storage cube with a rose in a crafting grid. It works the same as a storage cube and can be smelted into the music disk "still alive."

Sentry turrets are hostile to all entities except the player and shoot laser tracking beams, with a 1/10 chance of spawning normally. Defective turrets track but never shoot, and oracle turrets have no laser and dance when placed in a row of four.
