Use This Pack With Shader Mods for Better Weather Effects

Why Combine Them

Shader packs add lighting, shadows, and depth to Minecraft's world. When paired with PMW Precipitation Redone, weather particles gain volumetric effects, realistic light scattering, and enhanced visual depth that neither mod achieves alone.

How to Set Up

1. Install both Protomanly's Weather mod and this resource pack

2. Install your preferred shader pack (Complementary, BSL, Seus, etc.)

3. Load the resource pack in your resource pack menu

4. Enable the shader in your shader settings

What Happens

Rain and snow will now interact with your shader's lighting system. Raindrops catch light realistically, snow appears to glow softly, and fog during storms gains atmospheric depth. The smaller particles from this pack work especially well because shaders can render them without overwhelming performance.

If weather looks washed out or too bright, adjust your shader's weather settings to balance the effect.
