When you get multiple enchanted books with the same power, place two of them on an anvil together. The anvil will combine them into a single book with a higher enchantment tier, making that ability stronger. This costs experience levels based on the tier you're upgrading to.

Applying High-Tier Enchantments to Gear

Once you've leveled up an enchanted book through merging, place it on an anvil with your actual tool or armor piece. This transfers the enchantment to your gear. You can stack multiple different enchantments on the same item this way, building powerful combinations.

Managing Anvil Costs

Each merge or application increases the anvil's cost slightly. If a combination becomes too expensive, you may need to find a fresh enchanted book or accept the current tier. Plan your upgrades strategically, especially if you're working toward a specific high-level enchantment.
