Do my players need to install anything to use Pay Bot?
No. Pay Bot runs entirely on the server side, so players on vanilla clients or any custom launcher can join and make payments without installing extra files or resource packs.
How do I start accepting donations on my server?
Run `/sepaysetup` to configure your bank details and SePay token, then `/chinhsuamenhgianap` to set up reward commands for each donation tier. Use `/napbank` to test the QR code payment flow.
What's the difference between /napbank and /napthe?
`/napbank` opens the bank transfer interface where players scan a QR code with their banking app, while `/napthe` opens the prepaid card top-up menu for players to enter card details or select a carrier.
Why can't I drop items or use hotbar shortcuts during payment?
Pay Bot blocks these actions intentionally to protect the payment menu from exploits and prevent accidental menu closure during transactions—this protection is built in and cannot be disabled.
How do I check if a player's donation went through?
Run `/topuplist all` to see all pending top-up orders, or have the player run `/rewardclaim confirm` to check and claim their rewards if the transaction completed.
Can I test donations without real money?
Yes. Use `/testnapbank ` to simulate a bank transfer or `/testnapthe ` to simulate a card payment—both will trigger reward processing as if the transaction was real.
Do I need to open ports or use Discord to run Pay Bot?
No. Pay Bot can run as a standalone server operation without opening any ports, though you have the option to enable Discord bot transaction tracking if you want it.
Will Pay Bot cause lag on my server?
Pay Bot is designed to maintain stable performance on multi-threaded server software like Folia, and payment processing happens in the background without blocking gameplay.
How do I set different rewards for different donation amounts?
Run `/chinhsuamenhgianap` to open the reward customization GUI, where you can assign specific commands to each price tier—these commands execute automatically when a player completes a donation at that tier.
What should I do if the QR code looks corrupted or won't scan?
Pay Bot uses visual locking on payment maps to prevent corruption, but if issues persist, run `/paybot reload` to refresh all configuration files and regenerate the QR code with `/napbank`.
