Manage Bans and Restore Innocent Players

Clear a Player's Record

If a player was kicked or banned by the plugin but you believe they're innocent:

1. Join your server as an admin.

2. Type /mac pardon <player> in chat, replacing <player> with their username.

3. This clears all their kicks and removes any active ban the plugin issued.

4. The player can now rejoin normally.

How Punishment Works

The plugin tracks violations with a warning level that decreases over time for minor infractions. Repeated serious violations trigger automatic kicks or bans. Importantly, the plugin saves all kick records to your server files—players cannot simply log out to reset their warnings. This prevents cheaters from evading consequences through disconnection.

Before You Pardon

Check /mac info <player> first to see what flags they accumulated. If the violations seem like genuine mistakes or false positives, pardon them. If the pattern looks intentional (high reach, consistent auto-clicking, repeated speed hacks), let the punishment stand or increase it manually through your server's ban system.
