Minecraft Comes Alive Mod — Configuration

Commands & Configuration

MCA includes several commands for server administrators and players to manage the mod's behavior.

Commands

  • /mca help: Displays a list of available MCA commands.
  • /mca refresh: Reloads the mod's configuration and villager data.
  • /mca editor: Opens the Villager Editor (Creative Mode only) to modify NPC traits.
  • /mca reset <player>: Resets a player's MCA data, allowing them to use the Crystal Ball again.

Configuration Options

In the mca.cfg file, players can toggle several advanced mechanics: * Hardcore Mode: If enabled, the player's world is deleted upon death. * Villager Infection: Toggles whether villagers can be turned into zombies. * Auto-Farming: Enables or disables the ability for villagers to farm autonomously. * Marriage Limits: Sets the maximum number of spouses a player can have (default is 1).
