Ores and Resources

The mod introduces two primary ores found deep within the world's crust, providing alternative ways to gather experience and magical materials.

Experience Ore

This ore is the primary source of Magical Powder, the core ingredient for almost every recipe in the mod. When mined, it drops 1-3 pieces of Magical Powder and a small amount of experience.

Cobblestone Experience Ore

A deceptive ore that resembles cobblestone with experience particles. Mining it yields a significant amount of experience points but carries a risk: it will always spawn a Silverfish to attack the player upon being broken.

Items and Materials

Several new materials are required to progress through the mod's magical tiers.

• Magical Powder: Obtained from Experience Ore. Used to craft Bottles O' Enchanting.
• Experion: A high-tier alloy created by infusing an iron ingot with concentrated experience. It is the base material for all experience tools.
• Iron Nugget: A smaller unit of iron. In this mod, 1 Iron Ingot can be broken down into 4 Iron Nuggets for use in spell crafting.
• Magic Stick: A reinforced rod made from a diamond, a stick, and a Large Experience Bottle. It serves as the handle for all magical staffs.
• Magical Dirt Stick: A specialized variant of the Magic Stick surrounded by dirt, used specifically for the Earth Staff.

Tools and Weapons

Experion tools are the pinnacle of the mod's equipment, offering high durability and speed, along with unique utility functions.

Experion Tool Set

Crafted using Experion ingots and sticks in the standard vanilla patterns. These tools are faster than diamond and have high durability.

• Experience Pickaxe: Extremely fast mining speed.
• Experience Sword: High attack damage infused with magical energy.
• Experience Hoe: Features a special ability where any farmland it creates is automatically hydrated (becomes wet) without needing a nearby water source.

Staffs and Spells

For players seeking to wield magic directly, the mod provides staffs and spell items. Staffs are reusable tools that consume experience or specific bottles to cast powerful effects.

Staffs

• Earth Staff: Uses the power of the earth to manipulate terrain or defend the user.
• Fire Staff: Launches fireballs or creates walls of flame.
• Thunder Staff: Channels the power of the Thunder Bottle to strike enemies with lightning repeatedly.

Spells

Spells are physical items (resembling pressure plates or carpets) that can be used to trigger immediate magical effects.

Mob Egg Recipes

One of the most powerful features of the Magical Experience Mod is the ability to craft Mob Spawner Eggs. This allows players to create custom spawners or move mobs easily.
