To increase the capacity of your 
Tool Belt from the base 2 slots to the maximum of 9, you must use an Anvil.
Upgrade Process
Place your Tool Belt in the first slot of the Anvil and a 
Belt Pouch in the second slot. Each upgrade costs a specific amount of Experience Levels.
