All tools in Redstone Arsenal have a base energy capacity (typically 320,000 RF). They can be charged in any standard energy cell or charging station. When 'Empowered' (default keybind: 'V'), the tools gain enhanced abilities.

Tool	Base Function	Empowered Bonus
Flux-Infused Pickaxe	Mines blocks at Cobalt level.	Increases mining speed and adds a 3x3 area-of-effect mining mode.
Flux-Infused Shovel	Digs dirt, sand, and gravel.	Digs in a 3x3 area and creates paths instantly.
Flux-Infused Axe	Chops wood and stripping logs.	Can fell entire trees or clear leaves in a large radius.
Flux-Infused Shears	Shears sheep and harvests plants.	Shears all entities in a small radius around the player.
Flux-Infused Hoe	Tills soil and harvests crops.	Tills a 3x3 or 5x5 area and applies a localized growth boost.
Flux-Infused OmniWrench	Functions as a wrench for most mods.	Can rotate blocks and dismantle machines instantly.
