Random 
Things adds a small number of specialized entities that interact with the mod's unique materials.

Spirit
Spirits are translucent, ghostly entities. They are the primary source of Ectoplasm, a critical 
crafting ingredient for Spectre-tier equipment. They are difficult to hit due to their flight and small size.
Golden Chicken
By obtaining a Golden Egg (found in dungeon chests or via specific loot mechanics), a player can transform a standard chicken. This chicken will periodically lay Gold Nuggets instead of standard eggs, providing a passive source of gold.
